Total wellness does not just begin with exercise, but also includes your individualized nutritional needs. The five willows Registered Dietician is able to support you in your quest for a healthier body, as well as develop a nutritional plan that is conducive to you and your family’s lifestyle. Change is never easy and we would like to encourage you in your nutritional transition or just offer a little boost if you are already on your way. Nutritional plans are developed according to your dietary, medical, and scheduling needs. By creating a unique plan, you will be able to incorporate your dietary changes in to your life with ease.
The Willow Weigh Program
The Willow Weigh is a twelve week transitional program to help those who are serious about weight loss. Using a multidisciplinary approach, we bring together talented professionals to help people with weight issues. We want to educate and teach effective lifestyle changes, so this program has five key parts: Nutrition, Exercise, Behavior Modification, Support and Accountability. The first month you will meet with the Registered Dietician and Fitness Director almost daily and then begin a tapering system to help you learn to manage your weight on your own. Throughout the program other credentialed professionals will participate as guest speakers. This is not just a dietary modification program, but lifestyle modification program to ensure long term weight management. Please call five willows for scheduling and pricing information.
